ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Monitor participant safety and safety of the premises Conduct facility runs to ensure security, safety and program standards are maintained Disseminate pertinent information to the participants Monitor surveillance systemWrite incident reports Document hourly observations of the premises in log bookAttend training as assignedOther duties as requested by supervisor
Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma Experience working with people experiencing homelessness in congregate settingExperience in de-escalationKnowledge of AWARDS, Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience providing excellent customer servicePREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
