Job Description
Lead and manage multiple projects, particularly in the early stages of the product lifecycle. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success. Oversee ongoing projects, identify gaps, and plan for future milestones (3-6 months ahead). Collaborate with teams to ensure project goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. Utilize project management software (ERP or MRP systems) to track project progress. Spend the first year deeply involved in projects (75%) and leading teams (25%).

The work environment offers a unique combination of a tight-knit family feel with the resources of a larger company. This role is on-site 5 days a week. The company is growing rapidly and is looking to build out several departments and create new roles to facilitate growth. This position provides an opportunity to work with clients in both Canada and the US.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00
For a direct placement, benefits will be provided directly from starfish medical. For contract to hire and contract, benefits will be provided by Actalent.
