CTG is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Director to oversee the program management for the new building project. This key position will drive the planning, development, and implementation of all technological and clinical systems, ensuring the new facility operates at the highest standards of patient care, implements innovative technology and operational efficiency. The Program Director will work closely with executive leadership, IT teams, clinical departments, architects, contractors, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of technology, patient care systems, and hospital infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership & Coordination: Lead the end-to-end program management for the new building project, ensuring alignment of the facility's design, construction, technology, and EMR systems with the hospital's operational objectives. Oversee the integration of the EMR system, technology infrastructure, medical devices, and other clinical systems into the new facility. Collaborate with key hospital departments (Clinical, IT, Operations) and external vendors to ensure technology and healthcare systems meet all project and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all technological and clinical system requirements are met without delays or cost overruns. Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the construction and technology teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments. Work closely with hospital leadership to prioritize and address technology-related needs, challenges, and opportunities, aligning with the strategic goals of the hospital. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the timely delivery of technology systems and integration services, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and hospital-specific requirements. Project Management & Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams to monitor the progress of all technical, IT, and clinical system integration efforts, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. Track and report on program performance, including key metrics such as budget, schedule, scope, and risk management. Provide executive leadership with regular updates on project status, technology integration progress, and potential risks or issues. Manage the resolution of any project-related issues, escalating as needed, and ensuring minimal disruption to hospital operations. Operational Readiness: Ensure the hospital’s IT infrastructure, clinical technology, and EMR systems are fully tested, operational, and ready for use before the new building opens. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, IT Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, specifically with a focus on healthcare technology, EMR systems, and large-scale deployments. Proven experience managing complex technology integration and hospital construction projects, including overseeing the installation and rollout of EMR systems and IT infrastructure. Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical, and operations departments, to successfully execute multi-disciplinary projects. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile), healthcare IT systems, and Epic. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards for IT infrastructure and clinical systems. Ability to analyze complex problems and implement practical, solution-driven approaches to resolve challenges. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification required. Healthcare IT-related certifications (e.g., Certified Healthcare CIO) or EMR system-specific certifications are a plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
