We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned program, ensuring efficient service delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, leading staff development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also manage program finances, including P&L responsibilities, assist with annual budget development, and promote the program through marketing and community engagement efforts.

 

Union Salary Range:  $33.00- $37.00

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage program operations, ensuring service quality and budget compliance. Lead and develop a team, providing performance evaluations, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to best practices, regulatory standards, and Merakey policies. Oversee financial management, including budget development and monitoring. Promote program services and engage with stakeholders through marketing and community outreach.
