Early Episode Psychosis (EP) Program Director $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS Who You Are: Has earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration Licensure preferred. Five years of experience working with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families with at least 2 years supervisory experience. In addition, the candidate will have a flexible schedule and shares on call responsibilities. Must have knowledge of Children’s Mental Health Services including experience providing Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services or similar DMH Services. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, writing and supervisory skills a must. Bilingual/bicultural, experience working with youth with behavioral challenges, lived experience and knowledge of EBP models preferred. Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required. What You Will Do: The Program Director will have the overall oversight of the Early Episode Psychosis program which includes participation in leadership meetings, supervision of staff including hiring, team building, and promoting growth of clinical skills throughout the team. The Program Director will be the primary liaison with the Department of Mental Health and will be the first contact and referral coordinator with families and the youth served. The Program Director will also share back up/clinical on call responsibilities with other managers in Children’s Services.
