Qualifications: Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, or licensed Psychologist)   Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field Five years minimum experience in a clinical capacity  Three years minimum experience in a supervisory or management capacity  Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle  Ability to effectively lead and develop staff  Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR)  Benefits: Health, dental & vision 3 weeks paid vacation 11 Paid holidays   (including Juneteenth, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and NY Eve.)
