Are you a compassionate, experienced leader ready to take the reins of a vital community resource? The Southbridge Family Resource Center (FRC), a program of Seven Hills, is seeking a Program Director to oversee day-to-day operations, contract compliance, and team supervision—all in service of families navigating complex systems with resilience and hope.

 

This is a highly autonomous, mission-driven leadership role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates well across cultures and systems, and brings both structure and heart to their work. You’ll serve as the primary liaison with EOHHS, DCF, and other state partners, ensuring that we not only meet our obligations—but exceed expectations. Candidates who bring cultural and linguistic awareness to their leadership will find a strong sense of purpose and belonging in this work.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support the Assistant Program Director and ensure alignment with contract goals

Manage communications and reporting with state agencies including EOHHS and DCF

Ensure timely, accurate data entry and documentation in alignment with program standards

Provide direct support to families when needed, especially during times of transition or crisis

Represent the FRC at regional meetings, community events, and stakeholder forums

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field (required)

3+ years of supervisory experience in a human services setting

Strong organizational and compliance management skills

Familiarity with Southbridge and surrounding communities is a plus

Bilingual/bicultural candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
