Program Director - Women's Health
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** Day Shift **Description:** **Position Summary:** Responsible for the oversight of operations, and financial performance of assigned medical practices/programs. Partner with dyad physician partner(s) to oversee and implement processes to achieve high quality care delivery. Coordination with Hospital leadership to facilitate seamless care delivery for the service line. Accountable leader to facilitate and departmental culture that reflects a commitment to our core values of reverence, commitment to those experiencing poverty, safety, justice, stewardship, and integrity and fosters our vision to be the most trusted health partner for life. **What the Program Director will need:** + Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Healthcare or related field, Master’s Degree preferred + Five years of related (preferably medical practice) healthcare management experience, with demonstrated knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery. + Direct experience in practice operations, program development and coordination with service line components in various areas of the delivery system. **What the Program Director will do:** + Leadership skills to direct and facilitate others toward objectives that contribute to the success of the organization. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong customer-service and high quality of care orientation. + Demonstrated ability to analyze, evaluate and problem solve effectively, using logic and reasoning to identify and strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. + Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and ability to apply these concepts to daily work and long-term projects. + Willingness to challenge established ways of doing things in a constructive way. + Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with diverse populations to provide effective leadership. + Ability to handle patient and organizational information in a confidential manner. + Contemporary knowledge of Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
