System One is actively recruiting for a rebate Program Enrollment Coordinator for a long-term contract position located in Denver, CO.
Program Enrollment Coordinator Responsibilities: Assist customers navigating through the enrollment process. Escalating emails on the program, work inside of salesforce, cleaning up applications, dealing with rejections from electricians who have rejected work orders. Assisting in the rebate program – helping with applications, attend vendor calls with electricians, responsible for several reports that they run and manage inside of Salesforce.
Program Enrollment Coordinator Requirements: Excluding college degree – a candidate with HS/GED Experience in admin/customer facing environment, ability to work within the system/computer, being able to learn software. 3 years of relevant experience. College education – will require no work experience. Ability to work in Microsoft Suite Detail orientated Strong communications skills (written and verbal Ability to work independently, problem solving, admin skills
Preferred Skills: CRS, Salesforce, and SAP
Pay Rate: $26/hr.
Location: Denver, CO
