This position is for a Program Finance Manager supporting LM Space in the Advanced Strategic Programs portfolio.
Must be experienced in day-to-day program finance responsibilities in order to work with and manage a team of program finance analysts in daily activities to include: managing program business rhythm and financial performance from proposal and negotiations through contract execution and closeout; Earned Value management and reporting; Long Range Plan and Financial Forecasting (Orders, Sales, Profit, and Cash); Quarterly CSRs; Proposal development and negotiation strategy.
This is a high visibility role and will interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and executive leadership on a regular basis. Must ensure alignment with company and program processes and procedures and proactively manage program execution with a financial and strategic mindset.

Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work with large program finance
Strong working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM)
Ability to be on-site to support staff, PMO and customer engagements
Desired Skills:
Large Program finance experience to include monthly and quarterly program financial status analysis; Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash management; proposal and negotiation strategy; and program execution management and strategy.
Working knowledge of the Earned Value Management (EVM) Industry Standard ANSI / EIA 748-A. Considered an authority in financial analysis and EVMS including IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR, IBR, Termination Liability, Funding Runout, CPIF/AF contract types, DDMs, DCMA Surveillance Prep, etc.
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver. Strong business acumen.
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Experience and ability to interface with senior and executive leadership.
Ability to multi-task and manage complex portfolio and challenging assignments.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Deltek COBRA and SAP.
Ten (10) or more years of related experience with a bachelors degree OR eight (8) or more years with a Master's degree.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
