Rite-Solutions, Inc., is seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Time Program\/Financial Analyst in Middletown, RI to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Code 34 Periscope & Imaging Acquisition Engineering Agent (AEA). You will work with NUWC AEA Project leads, aiding them with the financial planning, budgeting, and execution aspects of running a program. \n

Duties and Responsibilities:\n\nSupport all aspects of planning, budgeting, and execution.\nInterface with the customers to know their requirements and maintain positive customer relationships.\nPerform analysis to improve access, productivity, and quality to customers and their products.\nElicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for changes\/improvements to business processes, business policies, and information systems.\nResearch, recommend and implement solutions addressing customer concerns, goals, and requirements.\nApply general mathematics skills and accounting principles to update budgets and financial tracking systems.\nProduce financial reports using existing templates. Provide recommendations for improvements to reporting tools.\nPrepare materials for financial meetings.\nAnalyze spend rates and trends and provide corrective recommendations when required.\nRecommend methods for effective and efficient use of funding in the budget and planning years and analyze obligation.\nAd-hoc duties include but are not limited to, report generation, administrative duties, meeting coordination, and highlights\n\n

Requirements & Skills:\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nIntermediate-to-expert level proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.\nAbility to handle demanding situations with clarity, focus and professionalism, and respond quickly to short-suspense data calls.\nMust be a critical thinker with excellent capacity to analyze, understand, and incorporate technical information. \nUS Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance with the US Government required.\n\n

Additional Skills of interest (not required):\n\nExperience providing business analysis for DoD programs, Federal Government programs or Information Technology programs.\nWorking knowledge of government accounting concepts and systems (such as SAP (ERP)).\nActive DoD Security Clearance \n\n
