i3 is seeking a Program Intregrator (Operations). This team member will be responsible for providing operational support to the Program Integration team, focusing on developing presentation materials, papers, talking points, and knowledge management products.
Responsibilities Responsible for providing operational support to the Program Integration team, focusing on developing presentation materials, papers, talking points, and knowledge management productsCreate high-quality presentation materials, including slides, briefings, and handouts to support integrated fires initiatives and engagementsDevelop, edit, and staff/coordinate integrated fires papers, reports, and documentsPrepare talking points and other communication media to support integrated fires messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagements (internal and external)Support and maintain the Integrated Fires knowledge management system to capture, organization, and share program information including lessons learned, best practices, and directorate content.Coordinate the collection, review, tagging/naming, and organization of Integrated Fires information to ensure timely and accurate access to the latest informationProvide support related to inquiries, information requests, and communication between stakeholders, program teams, and Integrated FiresParticipate in special projects and initiatives as assigned Qualifications
This position can be filled at multiple levels:
5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 8 Years with Bachelor’s in science; 6 Years with Masters; 3 Years with PhD; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree. 18 Years with Bachelor's in Science; 10 Years experience With Masters; an additional 4 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
DAWIA Program Management and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Knowledge of emerging technologies in missile defense.Experience with DoD/Army, defense industry and related stakeholders requiredDesired Qualifications:
Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, project management, business, etc.); advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in program management, specifically in the defense industry with a focus on missile defense systems.Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes, policies, and regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
