Provides administrative and clerical support for Marketing and Surgeon Education (MERC) events in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa. Handles the day-to-day interactions with internal teams as they prepare for demonstrations sets and events, by coordinating our demo and educational sets (sets and models to demonstrate our products).
Primary Responsibilities:
Support European pool of marketing/educational demo sets.
Coordinate shipments (on time delivery and return).
Audit sets upon return and ensure replenishment or repair if needed.
Coordinate all sets in the internal inventory systems (ERP, SAP) and ensure system is updated at all times.
Support the planning of all sets for trainings, events and demonstrations.
Handle loaner sets from the US in case of no availability in EMEA.
Answer questions on set content and provide advice on required sets for demos.
Support in keeping the digital demo set catalogue up to date.
Together with marketing/educational team, evaluate efficiency of current demo/lab set pool and capture needs to for additional sets (annual CapEx requests).
Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skills and capabilities:
Proficient and accurate with word processing (Word), spreadsheets (Excel), presentation programs (Power Point) and Outlook
Proven ability to communicate effectively via phone and email (e.g. written and oral communication) to gather key details to fulfil requests (attention to detail).
Being able to work alone as well as in the team
Fluent English
Education & Experience:
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred.
Preferred logistics/warehouse experience.
Preferred SAP knowledge/experience.
Physical Requirements:
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
