The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Leader to join our drug discovery team. As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for leading small molecule drug discovery programs from early research through preclinical development. You will coordinate with external contract providers, guide cross-functional teams, and make critical decisions to drive projects forward. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on advancing drug candidates with the potential to address unmet medical needs.
