GVI, Inc., a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Management Analyst in Hanahan, SC.
This position will provide full spectrum program management support services to Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic’s Tactical Services & Infrastructure (TSI) Integrated Product Team (IPT).
TSI supports Marine Corps System Command (MCSC) with life cycle engineering, logistics, fielding, and sustainment support for various Command, Control, Communications, Computers, & Intelligence (C4I) systems.
Position Responsibilities:
Directly support the IPT Lead with ensuring program level communication, monitor, and control of the program’s portfolio of projects. Work as part of an integrated team to collaborate and resolve issues in many functional and technical areas such as test and evaluation, engineering, production, procurement, user requirements, contract requirements, delivery, support, and sustainment. Provide a significant role in authoring, implementing, and maintaining program management process documentation to meet division requirements and support the program with meeting milestone requirements. Develop and ensure IPT Lead approval of weekly and monthly technical status reports. Tasking to include data collection, routing/approval, CM, and distribution. Manage the IPT calendar to include hosting meetings, developing meeting briefs, and capture/tracking meeting minutes and Courses of Action (COAs) identified. Work with others to formulate recommendations for the IPT Lead to support major program events and decision points. Provide data management support with maintaining the data architecture of the programs MS SharePoint database and ensuring data upload. Support the IPT with risk management responsibilities to include risk process, identification, and reporting. Develop, track, and report MS Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), to include developing IMS road maps for briefing. Coordinate with Project Leads of the IPT to coordinate, collect, and develop Program Management Health Review Briefs (i.e., PMRs, SETR Milestone Briefs) as required. Utilize analysis schedule data, program artifacts, and other relevant program status data to identify risk and document lessons learned. Develop as required cost estimates/ assessments such as Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs), cost analogies, Basis of Estimates (BOEs) in support of program opportunities. Support the IPT with drafting and technical writing support of ad hoc technical documentation and white papers.Personal Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate team members, facilitate collaboration, and drive successful outcomes. Experience in conducting effective presentations, meetings, and project status updates to stakeholders, including adapting communication style to different audiences. Proficient in using communication tools such as email, chat, video conferencing, and project management software to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. A strong commitment to transparency, keeping stakeholders informed and up to date on project progress, risks, and issues. Familiarity with agile methodologies and other project management frameworks, and the ability to apply these methodologies to manage communication effectively throughout the project. Proven experience in identifying and evaluating business opportunities and developing and executing strategic plans to launch and grow new ventures.Position Requirements:

· Work to be performed in combination with telework and majority onsite (North Charleston SC) as required.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Education, Physical Science, or business-related specialty.
· Six (6) years of previous experience, to include: Development of Program Acquisition Documentation, Development of Program Monitoring Approach (i.e., PERT, CPM, EVM, etc.), Data Collection and Analysis, Program Health & Risk Analysis, Development of Cost Estimates, Development of Program Status Reports, and Development & Management of Integrated Master Schedules.
· Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
· Intermediate to advanced skill set in MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Teams, MS SharePoint, Power Point, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Experience:
· Past Program Management (PM) support experience, within federal government industry, related to Process Operations Management, Operations Sustainment, Hardware SETR Execution, and Logistics focused programs.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
