You'll have...
B.S. in an engineering field Experience with delivering commodities (one or two) at an OEM, from cradle to grave (on the same commodity/program is preferred; however scattered delivery is okay too). Experience with system level or vehicle level development and integration (program management, planning/strategy/architecture, TPM/systems engineering capacity) Experience with program delivery - geometric development and convergence, and engineering sign off
