The Data Analyst Role

Join our Customer Experience (CX) Team as a Data Analyst Intern and make a real impact. You’ll mine, clean, and analyze feedback data to uncover actionable insights that improve the customer journey. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design dashboards and reports that track key CX metrics, contribute to strategy discussions, and refine data workflows. If you’re eager to tackle complex data challenges, streamline processes, and identify root causes of customer pain points, this role is for you.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

Your work as a Data Analyst Intern will drive smarter, data-backed decisions across the organization. You will:

Analyze customer feedback to uncover patterns, correlations, and root causes of pain points.Create dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into compelling stories for key stakeholders.Refine data workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency, ensuring teams can trust the data they rely on.Brainstorm strategies to address pain points and enhance the customer journey, directly shaping how we deliver value.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

Technical Skills

Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau) Scripting languages is a plus (e.g. Qlik, SQL, Python) Experience with cleaning and analyzing large volumes of data Comfortable working with unstructured/qualitative data is a plus Basic knowledge of statistical concepts and methods

 

Organizational Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Looking for rising 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year students or Master students.
