**Program Adoption Project Manager – Vice President**
**Description**
Business Architecture (BA) team is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of the Citi Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes developing enterprise-wide domain taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures, as well as creating process and design engineering models. We also provide the businesses and functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program. We partner with the business to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.
The “ **Program Adoption Project Manager** ” role will have a material impact on Investment Governance through contribution in planning, driving and execution of required enhancements for Business Architecture commitments. They will understand the broader objectives established by BA to develop strategic and sustainable changes in Investments@Citi (I@C) and Project Tracking System (PTS) as agreed with key stakeholders and partners. This is a high visibility role as the candidate will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to drive enhancements in systems utilized enterprise wide. The role requires superior attention to details coupled with excellent communication skills as extensive interaction with other teams is required to manage agreement on operationalization of requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for all phases of project planning, business requirement documentation, and interacting with various teams across the organization to operationalize requirements with required controls and procedures for Investment Governance
+ Drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners to capture, analyze and document agreed business requirements for implementation
+ Conduct and manage UAT testing for BA requirements with cross enterprise stakeholders, provide expertise, resolve issues and implement enhancements into Production for enterprise-wide adoption
+ Assist with the management of tasks and deliverables against expected timelines to ensure timely delivery of Regulatory Business Critical Milestones (RBCM)
+ Develop communications / presentations to share status and training materials to showcase new features to key stakeholders and user groups
+ Drive awareness to end users to ensure understanding and adoption of mandated requirements across the organization
+ Act as Subject Matter Expert for BA related to I@C and PTS enhancements by providing support on inquiries and issues raised by users across the organization. Evaluate potential systemic solutions to improve user experience, data capture and/or prevent issue recurrence
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
**Skills and Qualifications**
+ 6+ years experience with identify key project requirements, establish and track dependencies and ensure successful and timely delivery of commitments
+ 6+ years experience with project management working and partnering with diverse group of stakeholders to drive results and agreement; PMP is a plus but not required
+ 5+ years influencing technical people/projects with demonstrated success of strong leadership and communication skills.
+ 5+ years’ experience in financial analysis and reporting (within technology is a plus )
+ 5+ years’ experience in consulting Chief of Staff, Business Manager or Financial analyst experience in financial markets, preferred
+ 5+ years of experience preferred with a broad knowledge of the financial service industry
+ Excellent judgment coupled with the ability to execute decision-making independently while also knowing when to reach out for guidance when required
+ A strategic thinker who can operate in an agile manner to provide solutions and alternatives when required
+ Proven track record of working under pressure and tight timelines
+ Ability to interpret and transform data and information into presentation materials fit for audience
+ Superior oral and written communication skills with well-developed listening skills
+ Strong attention-to-details with demonstrated commitment to quality of output
+ Leadership and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments.
+ Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking, high pressure environment with strong strategic and conflict resolution skills and deep sense of ownership over success of projects and deliverables.
+ Proven ability to lead through influence and partner through conflict to arrive at mutually agreeable solutions, keeping the best interests of the organization and Citi in mind.
+ Proven ability to digest large amounts of information and determine the appropriate level of detail to employ for executive presentations.
+ Experience with I@C, PTS, enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr), business intelligence tools such as Tableau, and Program Management skills are a plus

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
