Program Management Manager

Qualifications:

• Build and use tools for program activities such as program planning, proposal pricing, and financial management.

• Create and maintain data sources to facilitate PM control of budgets and inform financial decisions.

• Provide numerical and financial analyses to facilitate PM control of budgets and facilitate financial decisions.

• Use expertise in estimation methods, critical path analysis, earned value techniques to balance process and quality with resource availability and schedule.

• Use judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices for the maintenance of budget documents to evaluate program performance, budget figures, and estimated revenue.

• Independently work within the financial program management arena to complete broadly defined tasks which require advanced problem solving and recognition skills.

• May provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Location: on-site in Huntsville, ALTravel Requirements: up to 20% of time (generally less) within the continental United States.Working Hours: Standard 40 hours per week.
