Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do. **About the role:** We are seeking a highly talented Program Managers to work on end-to-end HVAC Light commercial / VRF & Residential new product development. **Role Responsibilities** : Lead and manage programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget. Engage with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, CFT’s, to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities. Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure successful program execution. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure program success and minimize impact on business objectives. Manage program budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and that programs are delivered within approved budgets. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Ensure all program activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, and provide regular status reports to senior management. Must have a background in HVAC&R or related Industry **Education Preferred:** Must have : Bachelors’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Good to Have : M.Tech: Heat transfer / HVACR would be an added advantage. Certification in Program Management or Business Administration **Experience Preferred:** Target experience level: 10 years min. HVAC Light commercial / VRF & Residential new product development **Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set** : Experience in Product management; Should have led 2~3 product life cycles /projects Complete knowledge of Stage gate process Knowledge about refrigeration/ air conditioning cycle, Thermodynamics and its related components Must have on hand experience of Designing of Inverter systems, Heat exchangers, refrigeration cycle and it’s balancing for new product / concept. Prior experience must in sheet metal and plastic part design development Motivated to work individually and with team – locally and globally. Hands on experience on the manufacturing process, FMEA and Quality systems. Knowledge or hands-on experience in simulations tools (Model based design/ CFD) Should have gone extensively through ECR / ECIN process Exposure to design software. ProE / Creo, AutoCAD mandatory Able to translate voice of customer to product design & specifications. Proficient on MS office suites e.g. PPT, MS word, Excel **Other Competencies:** Strong English communication skills - oral and written. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
