Who we are looking for

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead the Program governance aspects in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer for our global asset management business and provide ownership for the software development life cycle process. This individual will report into the Head of the Office of the CTO. Works collaboratively with the OCTO and with leadership across the technology organization to lead the strategic planning and project governance for the organization, provide financials and milestone analytics to the Chief Technology office and to the Chief Operations office. The Individual will collaborate with the program/project managers in application services, architecture, infrastructure and data teams, ensure the financials, milestones, achievements are regularly updated on clarity, provide a monthly governance analytics to the CTO and her directs.  Provides the leadership for the Software development life cycle (SDLC) process.

This is a strategic role to provide the governance for the programs across technology. There is a strong need for providing the overall Program overview in terms of Prioritization, financials and workforce to the senior stakeholders. Ownership of the Software development life cycle team and process.

What you will be responsible for

As the Program management office lead you will:

Own the overall program and project governance and analytics for Technology. The program and project management will be provided by individual PMs within the application, architecture, infrastructure and data teams.Standardizing Project Management systems and processes - Creating new/ Improving current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity  in collaboration with the Application PMODeveloping the insights, analytics on the PMO tool. Utilize technology tools and standards for project selection and prioritizationManage a portfolio of transformational projects with predictable consistency, efficiency, and successDefining the appropriate standards of governance and ownership of the project delivery lifecyclesCollaborates with the finance lead in OCTO, SOW lead in OCTO to ensure all records on finance, SOWs, programs are in sync.Leads the Demand review meeting conducted monthly and provides insights and analytics on the overall program governance.Centralize information and deliver it to the right project stakeholders. Provides program level inputs to various forums and reports. Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership.Collaborates with the enterprise program management office to ensure Global advisors wide programs are in sync with the technology programs.Oversee the evolution of the multi-year programs in the technology organization.Works with the individual program/project managers to ensure the forecast and the actuals are in sync on a monthly basis. Works with individual program/project managers to provide insights.Works with the Application PMO teams and ensures the PMO Playbook is adhered to by all teams. Document project's status and help ensure all relevant personnel follow the same best practices for the company.Provides a process for reviewing changes to the forecast.Collaborates with PMs to monitor project timelines and data analytics, which can allow teams to complete projects on time and within a set budgetCollaborates with the Office of the CTO team to ensure the dashboards and governance is in synch with the rest of the governance initiativesOwns providing the program level data for year-end finance forecast and mid-year forecast.Ensure departments have an efficient flow of communication and informationProvides insights to the Senior leadership to prioritize programs.Owns the SDLC process and teams and ensures the governance is in line with the corporate process.Develop professional relationships with all stakeholders to ensure the right engagement and alignment is achieved on global goals.

Salary Range:

$115,000 - $190,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
