Position Purpose
The purpose of this position is to steer the program management office in the Gorilla Glass division. Gorilla Glass strategic growth relies heavily on innovations. As a result, we do have 15 high priority programs and many smaller ones. The objectives of the program management office are to:
Ensure that all the key programs are moving at pace and delivering according to our Springboard plan Develop toolset and best practices to support our program managers Align program management processes and templates across the organization Guide strategic analysis for ad-hoc programs, as elected by the division leadership
Additionally, the Program Management Office and Strategy Manager is a key contributor to the business strategic planning process (deep dive).
Requirements
Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts in any major Minimum of 7 years of experience in a role in strategy, product, innovation management or commercial effectiveness Proven ability to influence senior management, peers, and cross functional groups while working as an individual contributor Ability to clearly articulate programs strategy, business model, value-proposition and challenges with executives Strong quantitative and analytical skills, modelling experience; Drive decision-making

Master of Business Administration Experience in finance or management accounting
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the division’s top programs portfolio in collaboration with our capital and D&E leadership; Facilitate prioritization and alignment with our strategic objectives Oversee the top programs execution and governance; Ensure analyses and documents meet the internal quality requirements Work closely with program managers and business team sponsors to track performance and accountability; Identify gaps and risks In collaboration with development, finance and corporate innovation teams, create and implement best-in-class analytical tools and processes for better program management; Establish connections inside and outside the business to bring in best practices Own communication of program updates to the business team/division Guide specific strategy projects, in collaboration with the division business team members Co-own and contribute to the annual strategic planning process (deep dive) Provide ad-hoc strategic analyses (products, M&A, partnerships…) to help the business make critical decisions

The range for this position is $109,377.00 - $150,394.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
