The Business Transformation Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring all Business Transformation playbooks, tools, and templates are created/ maintained. They will care for the onboarding and offboarding of all team members and vendors. They will work with leadership to ensure our PPM tool is fit for purpose, our metrics and KPIs are defined and measured, and our Governance reporting and messaging is consistent. The Business Transformation Operations Specialist will also lead internal projects to further advance the Business Transformation strategy.
A typical day may include the following:
Maintain documentation of Operations team processes and tool requirements for the purpose of business continuity, expansion, and future migration to new tools
Maintains the Business Transformation Change and Project Management Playbook
Maintains the Business Transformation New Hire Academy Site, the Business Transformation Landing Page, and the TransCelerate Academy site
Responsible for all new hire onboarding for Business Transformation team during first 30 days, coordinate access to buildings, systems, hardware, software, and team files. Facilitate and resolve any administrative onboarding issues that may arise; responsible all offboarding
Management of new vendor onboarding process to include ABAC and InfoSec assessments and vendor onboarding approval, as well as purchase requisitions.
Management of all Business Transformation vendors and licenses (Lucid Suite, Adobe Connect, PM/CM Staff Augmentation, etc,)
Maintain Business Transformation Teams site files and folders and permissions

Create and Maintain the Business Transformation Operations Playbook
Organize and manage Blueprint PPM business requirements and design needs
Support ongoing maintenance/ update of the Blueprint PPM tool in collaboration with the Senior Manager Operations
Support all Blueprint releases (plan, prioritize, communicate plans). Engage with multiple stakeholders within and external to the Business Transformation leadership to ensure changes are business relevant
Support the creation and management of Business Transformation Metrics and KPIs
Support the creation of reporting and messaging for Portfolio Governance
Support the selection and implementation of a new PPM tool
Provide end user support on use and functionality of tools and investigating issues as they arise.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR Associates Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, outlook, power point. Strong attention to detail and be comfortable working independently but above all be a team player.
