Our Solid State Radar Product Line team is dedicated to developing innovative Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) products that enhance national security and strengthen the capabilities of defense systems worldwide. This work supports the Spanish F-110 Program, a critical component in maritime defense, and plays a key role in Lockheed Martin's mission to provide world-class solutions.
THE WORK
As the Common Product Program Lead (PM) for the AESA Product within the F-110 Program, you will be responsible for leading program execution across cost, schedule, technical requirements, and resource planning. Your role will ensure that our Solid State Radar programs meet contract and investment objectives, leveraging expertise in cross-functional coordination to drive successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing program plans, including risk and opportunity assessment, to optimize contract and investment goals.
• Developing product roadmaps to align with broader Solid State Radar objectives.
• Serving as the communication focal point between the Product Team, functional organizations, and program leadership to maintain alignment and cohesion across all stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with system, software and hardware development
Experience with Cost Account Management (CAM)
4+ years of relevant experience
Desired Skills:
• Experience with radar production and test
• Experience with transitioning hardware from design to manufacturing
• Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification
• Green Belt Certification
• Experience with proposal development and Basis of Estimate (BOE) authoring
• Experience working on Solid State Radar programs
• Experience with MDA customer
• EVMS experience
• Previous Lockheed program experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
