You will be the Program Manager for the Aeronautics company deployment of the 1LMX Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Our team is responsible for deploying the 1LMX ERP configuration to Aeronautics company, scheduled for January 2029.

What You Will Be Doing
This leader will be responsible for managing the cross-functional execution of the total system solution for Aero 1LMX, and executing the program from a cost/schedule/technical standpoint. This leader needs to drive requirements for the enterprise solution to meet all Aeronautics requirements, and actively engage in all design / build / test lifecycle elements. The candidate is responsible for effectively interfacing for this task across all LM Aero functions. This position reports to the Aeronautics 1LMX Program Manager / Digital Transformation Officer.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 10-15 years relevant experience

• Program Management Experience

• Experience with multiple disciplines/functions

• Experience in business operations, program, or project management
Desired Skills:
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Previous Digital Transformation/1LMX transformation experience
• Experience working with Senior Leadership
• Familiarization with hybrid project management (combining agile and waterfall)
• Facilitation and problem solving experience
• Effective communication, active listening, and ability to interpret technical information
• Comfortable with invention and adaptable

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
