Due to growth, we are adding Program Manager, 340B Pharmacy Services to our Lumicera Trade Relations department.
The Program Manager of 340B Pharmacy Services is responsible for optimizing qualifications of claims eligible for the 340B program in collaboration with our external partners from organizations with Covered Entity locations. This associate will work cross-functionally with teams at Lumicera and Lumicera-operated pharmacies to deliver value for partners through designing, implementing, and continually improving workflows and processes in scope of the 340B program.
Achieving success in this position will be reflected in the overall growth of 340B claim qualification and subsequent value delivered to our partner organizations. The ability to adapt to changes in the 340B landscape with manufacturer restrictions, regulatory requirements, and compliance will be key to achieving results expected. The ultimate goal will be to position Lumicera pharmacy practice to maximize participation for Lumicera partner organizations in the 340B program while effectively navigating the current and future framework of 340B.

Actively engage in and cultivate an environment of positivity and continuous improvement within Lumicera and externally within Lumicera partnershipsDevelop and maintain subject matter expertise in operational tools and programs including, but not limited to, RxVector/Agile Care, NCRX, Lighthouse, CoverMyMeds, Lumicera Digital Engagement Programs for Patients and Providers, Manufacturer Patient Assistance Programs, Manufacturer Enhanced Services Programs, Phone System(s), CRM, Alvaria, Jira, and Electronic Medical Record navigation, communication, and documentationProactively communicate opportunities and risks for 340B qualifications to Lumicera and partner organization leadership based on current and future changes to the 340B Program landscapeDevelop reporting and presentation of 340B program performance combined with critical opportunity analysis for Lumicera partner organizationsConduct mock audit exercises in conjunction with partner organizations and participate in live HRSA audits as requested by partner organizations. From these experiences, make recommendations to maintain or enhance compliance of pharmacy operations with respect to 340BEffectively utilize analytics tools to track and trend successes and opportunities both internally at Lumicera, as well as externally with partners. Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise is expected in programs including, but not limited to, electronic health records, 340B third-party administrator platforms, Qlik-Sense, Navigate 3D, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, SharePoint, Cisco, Genesys, and AlvariaDevelop and maintain policies and procedures in scope of 340B compliance and optimization for Lumicera’s pharmacy operations in relation to partnerships with Covered EntitiesIdentify and present opportunities for workflow and process improvement to direct manager and/or Lumicera LeadershipDevelop and update training resources that effectively facilitate education on the unique aspects of 340B specific to the IDN Specialty Pharmacy workflows, programs, and individual locationsRepresent Lumicera and affiliated IDN organizations with a high degree of professionalism in all interactions within scope both inside and outside of the workplaceOther duties as assigned QualificationsWhat our team expects from you?
A graduate of ACPE Accreditation School of Pharmacy with a B.S. Pharmacy or Pharm.D. required, degree with current, unrestricted license preferredCurrent pharmacist licensure consistent with the level of education completed to practice at the full regulatory capacity of the corresponding license. 340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) credential highly preferredThree years of overall pharmacy experience requiredThree years in a 340B program focused position highly preferredThree or more years program management experience preferredExperience with developing business case, roadmaps, and program metricsParticipate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectivesThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesWhat can you expect from Lumicera?
