AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Program Manager, ABS Impact Tracking.
The ABS Impact Tracking & Performance Management Lead works closely with the Finance team and is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on cost performance metrics to 1) ensure alignment with organizational goals; and 2) drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and strategic performance management.
**Your Impact**
+ Strategic Planning and Implementation
+ Managing Initiatives: Oversee a broad portfolio of initiatives through design and implementation as part of a wide-ranging change program
+ Creating Master Plans: Develop master plans and scale-up project tracking tools (e.g., WAVE) to ensure readiness and build-out of ABS hubs
+ Validating Business Cases: Validate business cases, assess employee change impacts, and develop change and communication plans
+ Cost Performance Monitoring and Reporting
+ Monitoring Cost Performance: Monitor the cost performance of the ABS organization globally, resolving global problems, and setting overall targets for continuous improvement
+ Increasing Cost Performance Tracking Granularity: Enhance performance tracking granularity by service line and individual
+ Executive Reporting Process Management: Manage the executive reporting process (incl. creation of executive dashboards) and distribute executive-ready reports and dashboards; ensure the quality and consistency of KPIs
**Your Experience and Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is required.
+ An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
+ Minimum Relevant 7+ years of experience in performance management, financial analysis, or a related field.
+ Significant experience within a global organization.
+ Excellent communication with presentation skills and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with strategic planning, cost performance monitoring, and reporting.
+ Knowledge of Tableau as well as project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
+ Technical analysis: ability to understand and dissect a data set; ability to set up tracking and performance management infrastructure and translate data into insights
+ Strategic forecasting: ability to proactively address problems and remove roadblocks to ensure there is no value leakage
+ Strong analytical skills
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools
+ Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential
+ Business acumen
