Key job responsibilities
- Design and execute data-driven programs to optimize POD offerings across different customer segments
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce cost-to-serve while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators and program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement machine learning solutions for POD optimization
- Create and present business proposals to stakeholders, including quarterly business reviews and project updates
- Analyze customer behavior patterns and transaction data to identify opportunities for experience enhancement
- Drive process improvements to reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality
- Coordinate with technology teams to implement system enhancements for better customer experience
