Program Manager, AUTA, Amazon University Talent Acquisition
Are you up for the challenge of developing bespoke experiences at scale? If yes, Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) is looking to hire an inventive, organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Program Manager. Our team has a small but mighty team of program managers, responsible for reimagining campus hiring experiences, working backwards from our business customers to enable our delivery of top diverse talent.

Key job responsibilities
This Program Manager will partner across AUTA to manage our technical roadmap, create/drive adoption for tech project best-practices, develop/maintain customer-facing resources, and deliver program updates at last twice-monthly.

Responsibilities include:
1) Use program/project management skills to define and deliver best-in-class experiences/processes (e.g., identifying and directing cross-functional stakeholder groups; building and maintaining project plans, status updates, and work-back schedules; communicating effectively with project contacts/leadership, driving simplification and standardization with a focus on automating non-value add touchpoints, et al).
2) Deliver clear, prioritized, and aligned-upon technical business requirements, taking into consideration required variation by location, role, and business, and requirements from teams like legal and compliance.
3) Work with the appropriate teams to understand priorities and pain points to deliver a comprehensive solution.
4) Design and implement change management plans to reach ideal state, working backwards from the technical roadmap alignment timeline; evaluate 3P tools for experiences that will require many years of technical development.
5) Build, track, and manage progress towards goals related to productivity, customer satisfaction, and adoption for new experiences and technology.
6) Ensure solutions enable recruiting and business operations reporting/analytics.
7) Build a deep knowledge-base of all tools, operating models, and pain points for your given focus area.

A day in the life
In this role, you will collaborate with global/cross-functional stakeholders and and internal team members to ideate, design, gain approval for, and launch mechanisms that enable our team to accelerate delivery of tech/tooling/processes. Deliverables include setting and managing goals, writing documents (PR-FAQs, MBRs, Program Updates, et al) to be reviewed by multiple Directors/VPs, working with partner teams to identify requirements, defining and implementing long-and-short-term change management plans. You are also expected to be able to work with ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced, and high-throughput environment where multi-tasking is required.
