As a program manager, you will work along side business, operations, product, and engineering teams to help facilitate feature launches, improve operational processes, and improve the customer experience. This role will have high leadership visibility and own important business decisions.

Key job responsibilities
* Own weekly business review, work with leadership to provide bridging information and business recommendations.
* Design, implement, and audit organizational operating mechanisms
* Leverage project management tools to hold stakeholders accountable for following through on action plans and achieving goals for assigned projects and programs.
* Lead cross-team projects that require a single-threaded owner on an ad-hoc basis, such as strategic deep dives.
* Stand up and own dissemination of key insights from customer satisfaction
