We are looking for a talented individual…​​

To join our team as a Program Manager. This leader will direct all aspects of a Commercial and Industrial Program that is strategic and has high complexity and risk. This person will be in close coordination with the client, program staff, and subject-matter experts in the organization, you'll ensure high-quality deliverables today while planning and creating the program of the future. ​​

Successful candidates will reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana or be willing to travel as business needs arise.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… ​

Manage one or several concurrent contracts $5m annual revenue

Responsible for the cost, implementation and performance of the program.

Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development) typically consisting of 7-15 people

Programs may have significant complexity and risk (new client, new product, etc.)

Evaluates performance and makes recommendations on marketing actions

Analyzes problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options

May create technical content & intellectual property

Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes

Coordinates the preparation of business plans, work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract

Responsible for forecasting and managing program budget
