Amazon is looking for a Program Manager to join an exciting team working to build analytics solution for Selling Partners and builder teams. We are an innovative, cross-platform, customer-obsessed team, working on big-bets in an innovative environment. Our mission is to invent and simplify large-scale solutions and bring the future to Amazon Selling Partners.
As Program Manager you will:
· Drive the expansion and management of a strategic roadmap involving unique and innovative customer solutions
· Implementing programs to drive broader and deeper engagement of Amazon customers, including in strategically important business areas
· Champion these programs and hold team members accountable for progress on key program actions.
· Creation of reporting and metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and allow for regular updates to senior leadership

Key job responsibilities
- Create and deliver detailed plans to deliver on multiple business objectives
- Navigate the complexity of multiple systems, tools, and processes
- Prioritization of program requirements and building consensus with cross functional teams and leadership
- Own analysis and reporting of their programs, and build new reporting if necessary
- Measure and analyze the impact of existing and future program initiatives, and effectively communicate to key decision makers and leaders
- Document, influence, and align on strategies with leadership and cross-functional partners
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiencies
- Identify and advocate for improved customer experiences
- Identification of opportunities to streamline our operations and eliminate defects by proposing processes to find root causes and correct errors
