Responsibilities

Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented program manager to support high-impact communications initiatives within our Community Impact team. This role blends project management with creative content development to ensure our communications are clear, effective and aligned with our mission.


What You’ll Do:

Lead project planning and execution, including tools, time and reporting.Collaborate with Community Impact leadership to craft compelling, strategic communications within their department.Maintain and enhance internal platforms like our intranet site and photo library.Develop high-quality content and collateral — such as presentations, one-pagers and talking points — for key initiatives, meetings and external events, including conferences and speaking engagements.Partner with the Internal Community Impact Communications Director to manage cross-functional projects, identify key performance indicators and deliver high-impact communications.Recommend and oversee the Community Impact communications budget, adjusting as priorities evolve.Establish and track communication KPIs; analyze and report outcomes to demonstrate progress and impact.Pro-actively address project challenges to keep work-streams moving forward.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences Bachelor's Degree Highly Preferred Strong project management and communication skills.Ability to turn complex initiatives into clear, engaging content.Experience supporting internal communications and cross-functional collaboration.Comfort with data analysis and performance measurement.A proactive problem-solver with a passion for mission-driven work.Experience with visual communication and collateral creation with a background in graphic design and/or communications, highly preferredExperience with creating slide decksSelf-driven, proactive and a team player
