Do you want to help us shape the future of compliance programmes at Amazon? The VEO team is looking for a talented Program Manager to own the performance of our compliance programmes.

In this role you will support regulator discussions, new technology launches and Amazon's response to legislative change through:
- retrieving and analysing underlying business data to guide key programme decisions
- defining and driving programme performance
- working with legal, public policy, accounting, vendor management and technology teams to deep dive upstream data and process defects
- driving innovation through defining customer problems, writing PRFAQs, business cases and tech requirements.
- building manual prototypes of our reporting obligations and leading the automation of these
- building our testing processes to ensure flawless launches of new features

The Vendor Experience and Operations team is an innovation hub that focuses on high scale and engagement programmes within Vendor Management, Compliance, Vendor Education and Business Intelligence.


Key job responsibilities
- Own day to day performance metrics and insight analysis into these
- Analysing the impact of internal and external change through deep diving upstream processes and data
- Owning projects that will establish manual prototypes to new requirements and will develop the path to automation of these
- Own programme controls, ensuring that technology and operations are delivering accurate reporting
