Program Manager, Compliance
DoorDash is hiring an experienced program manager to help us jumpstart our legal compliance program. This high-visibility, high-impact role will require close partnerships with legal, product, policy, engineering, audit, and business teams. In addition to laying the foundation of a new compliance second-line-of-defense function, you will project manage highly cross-functional initiatives, develop remediation roadmaps to address compliance risks and implement monitoring mechanisms to ensure regulatory adherence across a range of offerings and products. About the Role As a compliance-focused program manager, you will help build, operationalize, and scale DoorDash’s global compliance program strategy. You will work cross-functionally with a range of teams to manage risk identification, gap mitigation, and controls enablement projects. This will be a highly visible and impactful role in which you will be challenged to develop controls, automate processes, and validate adherence to compliance mandates in a complex and evolving regulatory landscape. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic along with excellent analytical and communication skills. Qualifications + 6+ years of experience in technical project management, regulatory operations, audit, risk management, or related fields. + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields. + Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate regulatory risks. + Experience designing and operationalizing compliance workflows. + Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex regulatory environment. + Ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization. + Familiarity with GRC and Audit management tools. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
