This is a Hybrid role (8-10 days in office per month) and can be based out of one of our Hub offices located in New York, NY, Loveland, CO, or Fountain Valley, CA.
Job Purpose/Overview
The Customer Growth Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and projects for the corporate accounts team. Programs and projects are focused on those that drive revenue expansion and mutual growth with corporate partners in line with the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves coordinating multiple projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring that programs are delivered on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Program Planning and Execution:
Manage and oversee key strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational and customer goals.
Develop and manage program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Define program objectives and oversee the development and maintenance of detailed project plans.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with program goals and timeline leading to successful completion.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional team members and customers to gather input, align efforts and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Assemble and manage cross-functional program and project teams.
Designate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members and drive accountability for completion.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as liaison between customer, project teams, and senior leadership, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and facilitating decision-making.
Communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on program progress.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program delivery.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the program lifecycle implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely resolution.
Communicate risks and mitigations to stakeholders as needed.
Performance Tracking, Reporting, and Documentation:
Partner with customers and program teams to establish KPIs and metrics to measure success of initiatives, monitor progress, and provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Maintain comprehensive program documentation, including plans, schedules, and risk assessments.
Scalability:
Focus on implementing plans and processes that drive repeatability and scalability.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, STEM, or a related field required, master’s or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in program or project management, strategic planning, or similar role preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
2+ years of experience in veterinary diagnostics preferred, but not required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is a plus.

Self-starter, proven ability to function with minimal oversight, and ability to identify circumstances in which partnership with leadership is required.
An innate curiosity and desire to find a better way of doing things.
Travel
Occasional Travel of up to 10% with peaks and valleys.
Working Conditions
The associate is regularly required to apply manual dexterity, including hand/wrist flexibility, for computer keyboarding. The associate frequently is required to sit for extended periods of time, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The associate is frequently required to hear and speak in order to use the telephone, make presentations and communicate with people in an office environment. The associate is occasionally required to sit and stoop, bend, kneel, or crouch. The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
The associate will primarily work in a typical office environment including use of cubicles, computers and overhead lighting. Temperature extremes will be minimal to nonexistent. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The associate will be required to use a computer, spreadsheets, data base management, email, and the Internet. The associate is frequently required to use a calculator; fax, copy machine, and phone system. The associate must occasionally use media equipment such as an overhead projector, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Pay Range
The Target Base Pay Range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget. The range may also be adjusted some for geographic location.
