Join Gilead and help create possible, together. **Job Description** The Program Manager for Digital Operations & Process Improvement will be responsible for leading key Insights, Digital and Analytics initiatives to streamline and modernize business operations, focusing on efficiency, automation, and user experience. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and execute end-to-end operations, automation and/or process improvement strategies to optimize digital workflows and enable data-driven decision-making for Medical Affairs. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support the operationalization of digital transformation strategies and digital, data and analytics governance forums to ensure organizational alignment and consistency + Collaborate with cross functional partners and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of digital engagement tactics within Global Medical Affairs + Identify high-impact opportunities for automation across various functions, focusing on areas with the greatest potential for cost reduction, accuracy, and speed. + Manage project teams and resources to deliver automation solutions from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards, budget, and timeline requirements. + Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. + Design and map end-to-end workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems and own those workflows for enabling seamless digital engagement with Medical Affairs stakeholders. + Support SOP design across digital, data, insights and analytics + Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshooting to validate the performance of solutions before deployment. + Utilize data-driven methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to design and implement process enhancements. + Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. + Create regular reports on program progress, performance metrics, areas for further optimization, and presenting results and ROI to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. **Basic** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and6+years of experience in program or project management OR + Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of experience in program or project management **Preferred Qualifications:** + AMaster’s Degree is a plus. + Prefer5+ years digital marketing, automation or process improvement. + Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. + Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including process automation, data analytics, ERP systems, and cloud solutions. + Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma). + Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders. + Strong systems-mindset with the ability to anticipate barriers and challenges and work proactively to mitigate them The salary range for this position is: $146,540.00 - $189,640.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
