Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 1 year of experience in program management. + Experience in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management, and managing EHS compliance for industrial facilities. + Ability to communicate in Finnish fluently in order to communicate with local authorities on regulatory topics. Preferred qualifications: + Experience of Finnish Environmental and Occupational health and safety (OHS) legislation. + Experience of industrial processes and environment. + Ability to prepare and submit Environmental (Env), OHS etc reports to the Finnish authorities. + Excellent project management, written and verbal communication skills. Monitor and track program performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans together with the EHS Team. + Support the implementation and active maintenance of the site’s ISO 14001 and any other certification and management systems. + Perform a regular field audits ‘Safety Walks’, Support Stakeholders in a risk assessment process. + Meet regularly with stakeholders (e.g., Operational Leadership to communicate on performance and requirements). Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
