Electric Operations ensures the delivery of clean, safe, reliable and affordable energy to nearly 16 million people in Northern and Central California. Electric Operations is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration and emergency response.
Position Summary
Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures program is operating effectively. Responsibilities typically include some or most of the following in support of Program Management to ensure attainment of program metrics/objectives. The New Business PMO will manage and support the New Business Processes and ensure compliance to CPUC mandates as well as Standards
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Northern Region/Bay Area.
PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
Bay Minimum: $122,000
Bay Maximum: $194,000
&/OR
CA Minimum: $116,000
CA Maximum: $184,000
This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
Job Responsibilities
Applies broad expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues. May act as a team lead and provide direction to less experienced employees. Works with Directors and Managers across functions to influence decisions. Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media. Integrates industry knowledge related to data into everyday business practices and decision making. Provides others with guidance around complex industry regulatory and compliance environment and considerations. Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions. Provides direction on overall program. Performs in-depth quality assurance final reviews and contract drafts. Develops new or revises existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.

Minimum:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Job-related experience, 8 years Some travel throughout the Service Territory may be required
