As FBA inbound PM, you will be in charge of auditing and improving operational processes for our Fulfiment program (FBA - Fulfilment by Amazon).
You are part of the Operational Excellence team and know the right methodologies to drive changes (Lean, Six Sigma, etc). You are obsessed with the customer experience, and want to improve processes at cheapest cost.

Key job responsibilities
You analyze processes and defects, drive continuous improvements to the supply chain design, go frequently in Fulfiment centers to test and implement changes. You build mechanisms (reportings, dashboards) to monitor progresses made, and work closely with central teams to achieve collective success.
