Program Manager, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + 6 years of experience in program management, product marketing, or sales enablement, in the software or technology industry. Preferred qualifications: + Master's Degree in Business Administration, or other advanced degree. + Experience with Software as a Service (Saas) and Productivity and Collaboration solutions. + Experience working with global sales teams. + Understanding of the engaged landscape in the productivity, collaboration and Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. This includes defining goal audiences, value propositions, messaging, and channel strategies. + Design and develop innovative sales plays and programs that address key customer challenges and showcase the unique value of Google Cloud. These plays should include clear value propositions, competitive positioning, and actionable sales enablement materials. + Equip the sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively sell Google Cloud. This includes developing sales training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support. + Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and engaged opportunities. Use these insights to inform product development and strategy. + Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
