The role you’ll contribute:

Under the direction of the Executive Director of the Clinical Innovation team, the Program Manager, Implementation and Sustain-Clinical Innovation oversees the implementation and sustainment of clinical pathways after design and piloting. The manager ensures pathways improve health outcomes through an iterative process that is evidence based, data driven, and consensus backed. Implementation is contingent on effective education and sustainment with tracking and feedback of key measures to frontline physicians and healthcare professionals. Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams and diverse populations across the AdventHealth system to drive AdventHealth clinical transformation methodology. The manager serves as a catalyst, implementing and sustaining plans that are connected to the larger strategic framework: engage the consumer, improve people systems, and improve the product. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Partners with clinical providers and operational staff to cultivate clinical and cultural change, leading the development of clinical workflow processes and data collection to facilitate the implementation of clinical pathways, and continuous education in multiple modalities.

Manages complex datasets by identifying, aggregating, streamlining, and validating data from disparate sources.

Oversight over the integrity of the data collection and database management processes for clinical pathways, including development of data dictionaries for each initiative, data accuracy and completeness, updating and adjusting database requirements as pathways evolve.

Develops standardized metrics for clinical pathways, through gathering requirements, defining specifications, and establishing goals or benchmarks.

Uses analytic techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and/or dashboards that provide insight on clinical pathways.

Oversee the sustainment of clinical pathways throughout the system, the clinically integrated network, and collaborative partners.

Collaborates with AIT to develop and improve both workflow processes and methods for data capture to simplify clinical pathway deployment and ease of adoption.

Monitors the process, through sustainment, redesign, and data integrity.

Mentors Clinical Transformation staff on clinical workflow process, compliance and sustainability .

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare or related field

Minimum of five years of experience in a healthcare environment, utilizing analytical skills to resolve issues that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, process, or technical principles

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s Degree in business, healthcare, or related field

Two years’ leadership experience
