**Responsibilities**
Manages assigned program(s) to meet business objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Develops program goals and structure to align with defined business strategy.
+ Manages program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities, which provide consistency with M&A transactions.
+ Engages and coordinates AT team to track and report domain level progress.
+ Runs program meetings to lead IT team through integration program plan.
+ Identifies program specific milestones which promote adherence to AT infrastructure & application standards.
+ Accountable for completion of program specific milestones.
+ Addresses, documents and resolves program issues to ensure goals remain on track.
+ Communicates status & escalates as necessary, as well as guidance & recommendations to program changes based on scope, time and budget/resources.
+ Works with market leaders to identify IT budgetary needs and communicate to the Finance Team as/if/when requirements change.
+ Represents AT at cross-functional teams and ensures resources are assigned to meet program goals.
+ Serves as key IT contact for target organization (buyer or seller).
+ Coordinates all meetings and activity between IT teams, for buyer or seller.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
**Additional Preferences**
+ Excellent communication capabilities - must have the ability to communicate succinctly in both written & oral communication to all leadership levels.
+ High proficiency in managing large scopes of work with ability to delegate and hold others accountable, effectively.
+ Ability to be a solutions-focused, critical thinker for outside the box scenarios.
+ High degree of emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
+ Ability to hold others accountable in a professional, efficient manner.
+ Ability to emphasize with resources who have competing demands.
+ Strong leadership presence, having the ability to command a room, in a virtual environment.
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of tenants of program management.
+ Knowing how to move work forward effectively across IT domains.
+ Knowing when and how to escalate issues/risks appropriately.
