Program Manager, M&A will collaborate with M&A leadership, the BU and Procurement teams to deliver a fully Integrated supply base during diligence and integration of an acquisition. This position will lead the supplier workstream throughout the entirety of an acquisition, and work to deliver on the deal drivers and strategy determined by the deal team. The Program Manager will potentially lead multiple deals at one time. They will ensure that timelines and goals are met and communicated properly.
**What you will do** :
+ **Integration Management:** Develop and execute procurement integration strategies in collaboration with leadership and other business functions.
+ **Supplier Workstream Leadership:** Lead supplier-related efforts throughout the diligence and integration phases, ensuring supply continuity and compliance.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Engage procurement teams and subject matter experts as needed for a smooth integration process.
+ **Resource and Budget Planning:** Estimate resourcing needs for integration projects and provide financial inputs for planning.
+ **Stakeholder Communication:** Implement effective communication strategies for leadership to track progress, risks, and business objectives.
+ **Portfolio and Governance Management:** May lead program management functions for a business unit and oversee department portfolio budgets and governance boards.
+ **Team Leadership and Mentorship:** Build trust, mentor others, and drive collaboration across teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
+ **Continuous Improvement:** Incorporate feedback, refine project scope, and align integration activities with broader organizational goals.
**What you need:**
+ **Languages:** fluent English.
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant work experience (Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred).
+ **Leadership Experience:** Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead multiple mergers and acquisitions projects simultaneously.
+ **Project and Program Management:** Experience leading large-scale integration projects with established tools and methodologies, especially within **regulated industries** (food or pharma)
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:** Strong ability to build and manage relationships at all levels, particularly with business partners and leadership teams.
+ **Decision-Making and Risk Management:** Ability to make sound decisions despite ambiguity and exercise good judgment in balancing risks and benefits.
+ **Supply Chain and Procurement Expertise:** Knowledge of supply chain models, procurement processes, and supplier quality management.
+ **Contract and Agreement Experience:** Familiarity with contract reviews and distribution agreements during due diligence.
