Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in technology sales operations, consulting operations or go-to-market process transformation.
+ Experience working in programs or projects with global cross-functional teams and organizations.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
+ Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will work closely and collaboratively with the Google Corporate Development team and Google Cloud functions leading integration of acquired teams and products to generate growth for Google Cloud. You will be responsible for due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution for business, partners and channels, and Professional Services organisation and works across all go-to-market (GTM) functions including Marketing, Support, Change Management, Enablement, Commercial Operations, and Business Systems.

+ Assist with diligence and GTM model/board model compilation.
+ Support and execute integration plans, identify project blockers and generate resolution.
+ Assist with measurement and report-out of deliverables and integration outcomes, ensuring timely communication with the stakeholders.
+ Assist with the execution of the go forward Go-To-Market (GTM) model including business programs implementation, incentive compensation alignment and agreement policy alignment.
+ Assist with operational integration including lead to order or project to closure policy and process alignment and systems integration.
