The Global Fleet and Product (GFP) team’s mission is to provide the vehicles and services that enable Amazon to delight customers within our last mile operations. This Program Manager, Operations Integration role, within Amazon Logistics Energy on the GFP team, is responsible for ensuring Operational & Launch Readiness of our Last Mile sites in preparation for operating electric delivery vehicles at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with the Charger and Vehicle Product Teams, Operations, Training, Maintenance, and Safety Organizations to refine processes and workflows for operating and maintaining the Electric Delivery Vehicle Charging Infrastructure at scale
- Solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions
- Create and maintain multiple, complex, and concurrent program plans
- Work with stakeholders to define program scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs
- Track and monitor program progress
- Define key performance indicators or success metrics by program
- Report on status against program objectives
- Work effectively with senior leadership across multiple organizations
