Apple Maps is the foundational technology that powers geo-experiences within Apple’s ecosystem and beyond. The Apple Maps team includes skilled engineers, GIS specialists, data scientists, program managers, quality engineers, and our world-class operations and collections specialists. The Maps Organizational Operations team deploys and manages engagement and development programs as well as produces content and experiences that support the global Apple Maps team. Our goal is to empower each team member with alignment to our organizational objectives, access to the vast resources of Apple and connections to the incredible community of people they work with. Together, we build the world’s best maps, applications, and services for our customers around the globe. Our organizational operations program manager is a unique role for someone experienced in the day-to-day needs of a modern global technology organization that can drive a variety of programs with a diverse group of contributors. The ideal candidate could be a reformed ePM with a passion for organizational culture or a hyper-organized culture champion who has experience aligning large groups around a shared vision. Our team works directly for our senior leadership in service of a team of brilliant and passionate Apple Maps team members.
**Description**
The primary focus of this role is to plan and deliver impactful events—such as all-hands meetings, summits, site visits, and live broadcasts—that connect and engage a global audience. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, vendors, and production teams to create dynamic and memorable experiences. You’ll lead initiatives that drive career development and organizational efficiency, including manager resources, networking opportunities, mentorship programs, tech talks, and customized training. Your work will inspire team members and foster engagement across the Maps organization. Partnering with Human Resources, Training, and Engagement teams, you'll amplify the impact of their programs while organizing volunteer activities that reflect Apple’s values and strengthen team connections. You’ll also manage communications—including emails, posts, wikis, videos, and presentations—to keep employees informed and aligned with business goals. Finally, you’ll help expand our network of affinity groups, encouraging global participation and collaboration. In this role, you will: * Plan and execute all-hands meetings, summits, site visits, and other organizational communication events for a worldwide audience. This includes working with senior stakeholders, external vendors, and production teams to deliver dynamic live broadcasts and supporting events. * Manage programs that facilitate career development and organizational efficiency, such as manager resources, networking programs, mentorship initiatives, tech talks, and organization-specific training. * Develop initiatives that inspire excitement and engagement among team members in the Maps organization. * Partner with federated Human Resources, Training, and Engagement teams to expand the impact of their programs and initiatives for team members. * Plan and execute volunteer programs that foster social connections among team members while reflecting Apple’s values and respect for the global community. * Collaborate on internal communications, including emails, posts, wikis, imagery, and videos, to keep employees informed about business priorities, values, accomplishments, and milestones.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Proven experience in global corporate communications or a similar role.Demonstrated skills in storytelling through presentations, video production, and mixed media.
+ Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
+ Experience in designing and implementing employee-focused programs and driving change management.
+ Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Strong collaboration and communication abilities in a cross-functional team setting.

+ Experience in Global Corporate Communications: Proven track record of producing global corporate communication meetings and deliverables, including events, presentations, and videos.
+ Narrative Storytelling and Mixed Media Expertise: Strong business acumen with the ability to create compelling narratives using mixed media, speakers, and demonstrations. Experience producing technical presentations and video assets.
+ Project Management and Multi-tasking: Ability to lead multiple projects at different stages of development, from ideation to production and execution.
+ Strategic Thinking and Employee Experience: Deep understanding of employee experience and the ability to think strategically to create impactful programs.
+ Change Management: Experience driving change management initiatives within a global team setting.
+ Problem-solving and Adaptability: Extremely organized and forward-thinking problem solver who can adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced environment.
+ Engagement and Program Development: Intuitive sense of creating impactful people programs that cut through the noise and effectively engage team members across diverse channels and platforms.
+ Collaboration and Communication: Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with strategists and creative producers, and sharing necessary information effectively. Open to receiving and incorporating cross-discipline feedback.

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
