Program Manager, Outbound Marketing, Seller Success
Independent sellers generate approximately 60% of sales in Amazon stores, and each year we spend billions of dollars to improve their experience with services, programs, and tools designed to make running an online business a profitable, sustainable enterprise for sellers of all sizes—from multi-national brands to small businesses down the street.

Outbound marketing is an essential lever used to communicate with our sellers. We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented program manager to support marketing teams as they drive awareness and discovery of Amazon’s products and services.

In this role, you will lead and execute three key initiatives to help raise the bar of our marketing communications. (1) Global channel governance - oversee approvals and exceptions, work with product to streamline process and work with partner teams to improve outbound communications; (2) Email Bar Raising (EBR) program - analyze, manage, and optimize our EBR program globally as the final check before a send reaches a seller; and (3) UX template global rollouts - we are always seeking to improve the CX of our communications and will broadly launch successful new designs when proved successful.
