As the People Operations Program Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s continued growth by leveraging your HR expertise to implement and continuously enhance global People programs. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders across PitchBook, and our parent company, Morningstar, to ensure People initiatives are strategically aligned with the organization’s broader goals and effectively meet the evolving needs of the business and our employees. With a strong focus on operational excellence, you will facilitate seamless communication, coordination, and decision-making to enhance the effectiveness of People initiatives.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

\n\nPartner with PitchBook and Morningstar teams to manage applicable project communications and collaboration; serve as a liaison between all stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for questions regarding how PitchBook and Morningstar People processes and programs interact\nManage the implementation and continuous optimization of job architecture frameworks, including job classifications, role definitions, and compensation structures to ensure alignment to annual talent programs and compensation processes\nOversee the global mobility process and act as a key liaison between internal teams to facilitate a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the request and relocation period\nConduct needs analysis and synthesize options to facilitate decision support across stakeholders for new and existing program improvements \nOwn and drive relevant program measurement, reviews, improvements, and communication with program stakeholders on a regular cadence\nAdvocate for user experience and operational excellence while bringing visibility to customer and business needs in support of program goals\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices\nSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors  \nParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested  \n\n

Skills and Qualifications:

\n\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n8+ years of experience in Human Resource Generalist or Business Partner role required\n2+ years of experience of relevant project management or program management experience preferred\nExperience with international employment practices in the UK and India preferred\nProfessional experience in executing or managing people programs or processes at scale \nExperience leading project management/implementations within Human Resources related (or adjacent) operational functions such as: training and development, HR information systems, talent acquisition/recruiting, new-hire onboarding, employee relations, employee benefits, compliance and reporting, vendor management, compensation, payroll, finance/procurement, and legal/risk management\nDemonstrated success with designing, developing, and managing programs across regions\nDemonstrated experience interacting and partnering across all levels of leadership\nCreative thinker and self-starter with a proactive approach to resolving problems and issues \nAbility to juggle multiple priorities and complete work with a high level of quality and attention to detail  \nBrings a customer service mentality to projects and tasks\nWorks well independently and as part of teams\nPeriodic flexibility to work outside normal working hours (evenings, early mornings)\nWorking knowledge of performance management and HRIS tools a plus, Lattice and Workday preferred\nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily \n\n

Compensation

\n\nAnnual base salary: $110,000-$130,000\nTarget annual bonus percentage: 10%\n\n

 

\n

*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location. 

\n

 

\n

Working Conditions:

\n

We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it’s helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.

\n

The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
