Senior Global Program Manager, People Service Delivery

As a People Service Delivery Program Manager you will play a key role in improving our People processes and technology. You will lead change management efforts and engage stakeholders to smoothly implement new technologies and optimize current systems, helping our organization work more efficiently. Collaborating with different teams, you will ensure that our People services align with our strategic goals and deliver excellent support to our internal clients and partners. Your leadership will be essential in adapting to the changing needs of our workforce.

\n\nOwning the full tech roadmap for People Services, ensuring alignment and integration across all systems.\nDemonstrating a deep understanding of the downstream impacts of tech updates, ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts.\nCollaborating effectively with People team leaders to identify operational improvements that enhance productivity.\nLeading initiatives to automate and streamline People business processes through innovative system implementations.\nPrioritizing and managing projects related to People technology innovations and optimizations in alignment with business goals.\nDeveloping a deep understanding of business & stakeholder needs to ensure long-term program success.\nFostering a culture of high performance and excellence in everything you do to deliver exception results.\n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\nOwn and execute a comprehensive roadmap for People systems integration and improvement initiatives.\nGuide cross-functional teams in optimizing People processes and ensuring effective system utilization.\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement People programs that align with company goals.\nMonitor the effectiveness of People programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.\nOversee the rollout of system optimization projects, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.\nServe as the primary liaison between People, Information Services, and external vendors for tech integration projects.\nLead change management efforts, developing training and documentation for new systems and processes.\nStay engaged with industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations in People service delivery.\n\n

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n7+ years of experience in People program management with a focus on system and process initiatives.\nExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\nProven expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.) and other People-relevant software applications.\nStrong analytical skills to drive insights from data and enhance the effectiveness of People programs.\nDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects to optimize People processes.\nA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.\nComprehensive knowledge of People policies, employment laws, and best practices.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.\nFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies and People program evaluation metrics.\n\n
